Payment options

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may vary by customer location, device, and the payment services enabled for the store. Review the complete order total, currency, shipping charges, taxes, and selected payment method before submitting an order.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers. NEROVELL does not store complete payment-card numbers. An order is not accepted until checkout confirms the transaction and an order confirmation is issued.

Currency and authorization

Store prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. A bank or payment provider may place an authorization hold or apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Payment questions

For questions about a store charge or payment status, contact service@nerovell.com and include the order number when available. Never send a complete card number or security code by email.
